50 Best Book I've Read

What is the best books you've ever read? You know those ones that stick with you long after you've closed that last page. I can't find a thing to read these days. Are you in the same boat? In this swap you are to make a list of the 50 Best Books you've read with authors and send to 4 partners. They can be typed or handwritten. You can send more than 50 if you'd like to - it's up to you.

I check profiles before assigning partners.

Thanks for Sharing!

(I'm usually online each weekday morning and will answer any questions you may have then)

Wouldn't it be better to make this as an E-swap? It sounds really amazing, but I would have to spend around 10$ for postage and think that it would be better to get a list per Email and spend these 10$ to the first book from one list we get. And it would be amazing if everybody would include at least one statement to every book, why this is on the list. So nobody could just place 50 random books on a list.

50 titles without any commentary, it's too much or not enough...

I'd really love this if a comment was required as to why the book is on your "favorites" list and also if it was email.

If the swap doesn't require commentary on why each book is on the favored list, I certainly wouldn't rate down for it but the more commentary I get, the more likely I am to give a heart. I want to know WHY you love that book so I can guess if it would be one I want to read.

Regarding email versus snail mail, some people like snail mail and others like email. If there was both, I'd probably sign up for both.

I would love to get this in snail mail. I don't care if people comment or not as to WHY...the fact that it's on the top 50 says a lot..:)

The goal for me in Hosting this swap is referrals to new books to read. I like mine on paper so I can go to the library with it in hand. If you'd like yours sent/received by e-mail then ask your sender and sendee and see if they'd like to. If not don't get upset because it's not a requirement. If you'd like to add comments that's great too. I can't because of an illness that don't let me describe things too well. Words just don't come. Welcome to the swap. Margie

i love that this is a snail-mail swap, I just wanted to comment that I wish there were less partners as a snail mail swap. four partners for international postage is pricey.

it's on my watch list for now, so I can determine the postage issue. great idea for a swap!

I'm so glad that 3 out of my 4 people are in america! That'll be much cheaper for me!! I'm so excited! I hope people don't mind that mine is kind of religion heavy. If I take them out, I only have like 30books lefts. haha.

I don't see how it would cost 10$ to send 4 pieces of paper in the post?

also this is a great idea, I'm glad I'm in the swap, and yes earn your hearts, going a little extra then whats stated on the swap requirments. =D
