Description:

This is a swap for one photo booth strip which will be sent to one partner. The strip must have a minimum of three photos, although 4 is more common. It MUST be from a old-style chemical photobooth, not a digital one or one of those passport photo ones. I've found that black and white photobooths are more common but colour is welcome as long as it uses photo paper and developing chemicals. The reason I have stipulated this is because i find the digital ones do not have nearly the same amount of character and uniqueness that comes with the imperfections of the ones from old photo booths.

Photo booths are not as common as they were back in the day, but the following website seems to have a fairly good list of locations in the USA.

If you live in Melbourne, Australia, there are quite a few around also, just ask if you want to know where.

The photos can be either of just yourself or a group of people, it is up to you. However you must send the original photobooth strip.

Have fun and be creative!

Ok, am I the only one who totally got the wrong idea when reading this?lol

It is a shame that photobooths have become so much less common! I guess maybe they are not viable money-wise anymore, but it is a pity.
And scrapkween, what impression did you get when reading it? I'm curious! I tried to outline it as clearly as possible.
