Anyone with a rating under 4 will be banned, but there is no limit to how many swaps that you have already completed. Newbies are welcome to sign up as long as you intend to send (must have a full profile). I can angel if needed. ANy no sends in the past 3 months and any unexplained ratings of 1 or 3 also banned.

I know that there is a serious need for swaps that do not require a minumum amount of swaps which is why I decided to start this series of swaps. I really hope that it helps some people get good ratings. That said, please only join these swaps if you are really interested in sending. The dollar amount is low and I give 2 weeks so eveyone has time to get something thoughtful and inexpensive.
