I have no restrictions - go as wild or as mild as you like for my soapy bar :) (just don't embed toy spiders or I'll give you a poo poo rating)

I make and sell melt and pour and handmilled soaps this sounds like fun.

I suggest if anyone is going to do the handmilled they start early as they have to fully dry up after you mold them.

Does anyone have a website source for info for those of us who have never done soap making and being brave enough to try.

Also, don't worry if this is your first try because rating isn't based on skill level, so as long as it suds it's soap and that's good!

I checked out a book from my local library called Melt & Pour Soapamaking by Marie Browning

I highly advise first timers to start with the melt and pour method as making cold press or hot press soaps not only takes a long time to cure depending on the method but if it's not done right it will not suds the way it should and if not cured right it can be mushy and not harden up.

You can find really good books at the library too as well as online sources, just google melt and pour soap making

I also recommend Melt & Pour.. I do this,but I have been told some of it looks like cold process soap.. wholesalesuppliesplus.com is a very great place to buy... She has free shipping on a LOT of items.. I buy all of my stiff there...

have fun,,, and you really can not go wrong with M&P.so easy to work with...as long as you do not add other oils,other than fragrance Oils...that can get a little hairy if you do not watch out...and may .i suggest the Goat Milk soap base..OMG to die for..That is ALL i use

I have actually added brewed tea to melt and pour...it's a bit tricky and you have to add only a certain small amount but it works out great doing it right.

I add a lot of herbs and such things to exfoilate to my soaps as well.

I extended the time but left the sign up date the same.

my soap is ready to ship, it's packed up but I just need to be able to get to the PO when it's open as it's going international and I need a real life teller in order to ship. Hope my partner likes it.
