Are these postcards or greeting cards? If greeting cards, you would need one envelope per card.

You said folded cards that, to me, means greeting cards

folded greetings cards, but without envelopes. I do not know how in other countries, but here you will buy only cards and when you wish you can buy too envelopes. They are not mostly together. Only cards in one envelope.
