--GENERAL INFO--
This is an international swap in which we will be collecting stamped images that can be used for making Christmas cards, ATCs, ACEOs, bookmarks, and other paper crafts. Images may be Christmas and/or winter themed. Since this swap is something we can begin working on immediately the mail out date (11/17/07) is one week after the swap sign up deadline (11/10/07). This allows up to three week to stamp your images and forces us to get them mailed before the Thanksgiving holiday which is the start of the USPS busy season.

--THE CHALLENGE--
The challenge is to pack your envelope but keep the weight under 1 ounce. This will allow participants to get lots of great new images without spending a lot of money. You can get up to 8 pieces of cardstock into an envelope and still be within one ounce. If you want to add more and spend more on shipping you are welcome to do so.

--THE DETAILS--
-Images should be Christmas and/or winter themed
-Images should be 2 x 2 inches or larger
-Images should be stamped in black, brown, or sepia ink
-Images should be clearly stamped on white or light colored card stock (no neon colored paper)
-Images may be embossed (no neon colored embossing powder)
-Naked images only! Please DO NOT color them.
-At least 3 different images should be included
-Each image may be stamped multiple times to fill your envelope but at least 3 different images should be included
-Words may be included as extras but the majority of your stamped items must be images

-Please leave room around your image for your partner to cut out and/or adjust the border

-There will be three partners

How do you feel about text stamps or is it purely images?

Kathyy 11/ 3/2007 #

Words can be included as extras but the majority of your stamped items should be images. One of the sheets I plan to include will have an image and word like the ones shown below.

Do we have to color the images too, or just send them "naked" to be colored by the receiver? I have a bunch I would love to stamp and send, but I really do not want to color them all in.

Kathyy 11/ 4/2007 #

Naked images only. Please do not color them. The examples I posted are both completed cards.
