I sent you message on etsy about an item i have paid for and not received, its now been several months. I would like a refund please asap, i have brought some else where which arrived quick, I understand you may have problems but ignoring my messages isn't fair.
It's been 2 weeks since you marked sent on the Flat Rate Box of Fun Swap and it has not arrived yet. Did you happen to get a delivery confirmation number (as required by the swap) so that we can find out what happened to it?
