I hope it's not too cold now in Idaho! In Malaysia where I'm living it's pretty hot, unfortunately no rivers or lake for me to jump in to cold down as I'm living in a city. It's basically 30c (86f) here everyday. I've never experience snow before and don't even know how to dress for winter! I went to China once in November and only brought lots of "thick summer clothes" and freeze myself to the bones!
It's nice to have a lake or river to jump into whenever you want though, how nice is that! I once went on a vacation on a small island, I can go out to the sea whenever I want, just a few minutes walk and it's fun! The island have no proper roads and zero cars, bonus point!
