I really hope you enjoy your visit to Canada! Vancouver is lovely. Granville Island and Stanley Park are the 2 main attractions in Vancouver but they are very busy. I recommend checking out the walking (Dr. Sun-Yet-Sun Gardens) in Chinatown downtown. They have a wonderful, peaceful feel and you are within walking distance of some amazing dim sum!
Depending on what you are into this city and surrounding area have almost anything you could hope to find. :) I hope you have a great time!
