About Me

I first discovered Pocket Letters in 2016 on Janette Lane's website www.pocketletter.com. I loved the idea of penpals via craft and have become active on her website since. Also into sustainability, so love recycling. Have made PLs using Travel Brochures, Postcards, Cereal Box, etc. Recently made 5 Christmas themed PLs using previous years Christmas cards, cutting out the cutest pics from the cards and incorporating them into the PL. Worked a treat!

We have a gorgeous Rhodesian Ridgeback, she is 9yrs old. She is our baby. A gentle soul. Always hungry for food.

Favorite Music

Any Australian music: Cold Chisel, Deborah Conway, Joe Camilleri, Australian Crawl ... lots from the 70s, 80s etc.

Favorite Books

Action and Thriller. Current favorite is an Australian author: Matthew Reilly. He has a series of books with his main characters. Recommend you read the first books of each series before getting into the rest. Dan Brown books are amongst my favorites. Winnie the Pooh for the characters wisdom.

Comment: What a beautiful folder you made for the tea and letter!! They smell nice too! Your garden sounds splendid and very bountiful! I grew tomatoes and capsicum over summer. I have some carrots still growing. Hopefully they will be big soon haha

Response: Very happy you liked it. I am still amazed how I just collect or hoard all these items just so that I can use them in my craft! I try and decorate my envelops when I can.
