I love this site and the joy it brings! I try to send quality swap packages, and hope for the same in return. I love to create and give. I send out all swaps, so if you haven't received something from me, please contact me! I've pledged to rate every swap I receive (or don't receive!) I want to make your experience swapping on this site a good one.

I'm mostly interested in exchanging art and handmade items with the exceptions listed below. Thank you.

I am a paper artist. I am not a scrapbook-er.

Sooooooo you know, many of my designs are simple and "unfussy." I call it Simple Elegance. This is my preferred style. Some people are taken back by the simplicity of my designs. I believe simplicity to be a design element, and I ALWAYS put effort into my work. While my style is not Japanese, think along those lines...less is more.

I am not easily offended.

I am a unique paper item/letter pressed/cool notebook/different envelope/gift card...freak! I love them all! I like paper with graph lines, unique covers and small note cards. I LOVE any/all foreign paper items. Thank you but, I'm not interested in run of the mill paper from from the US including pads of paper, and sticky notes.

I love angels for my flaked swaps, cheap fountain pens with ink, shrines, cupcake toppers, matchbox art, rocks, assemblage art, hand decorated paper, Cats, Quarter Horses, bath bombs made with natural ingredients, bento, handmade books, beaded items, needle books, digital art, handmade wallets/purses/bags, retro (not vintage) photos, art dolls, creative writing, bowls, pottery, glass, zines, graphic arts, felted items,handmade ephemera, handmade household items, and most colors (see dislikes.)

I like retro, simple elegance, clean lines, modern, Christian religion, urban, bizzarro, quirky, clever, strange, off beat and dark humor. I like mermaids, gnomes, the moon, robots, the Northern Lights, dreams, sci fi, water, snow, storms,the woods, lightning, birch trees, Lake Superior, violets, lilly of the valley, lilacs, and craftsman style.

Colors I prefer include blue, turquiose, tan, and white....beachy colors. I like orange and dark pink.

I have pierced ears, and prefer silver to gold. I have small wrists. Bracelets around 7" fit me best.

DISLIKES:

CUTE, country or scrapbook styles. I prefer wilder, creative, bold, elegant, and thought provoking art.

Pastel colors, and rust.

NO hearts here.....PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE ... NO scraps of paper, pencils, ball point pens, sharpie markers, erasers, books, pages from books, sheet music, coffee mugs, tags, die cuts, playing cards, loose sequins, confetti, dollar store/discount items, ankle socks, Doo Wap or 50's items, small stickers, and Disney. I don't need ribbon.

I don't like filled matchboxes ..so feel free to DECORATE the inside instead. I promise I won't rate a 3 for not filling the box if the inside is decorated.

Small holed, CUTE, wood, and (yuck) plastic beads will get the heave ho at my house. I LOVE glass, paper, and ribbon beads.

Please do not send me decorations for my home as extras.. Thank you but, I have too much STUFF! I like to keep things purposeful, beautiful and simple.

No food, tea, candy, lotions, makeup, scents, or consumables I don't ask for.

I don't like dirty, used, clean out your stash left overs! Although I would love to have a cigarette (I quit ages ago,) I don't like the smell on swap item.

I snarl at swaps that do not identify swap-bot, the name of the swap and swapper. I am in a lot of swaps. It's hard to figure out where a swap package came from with out your help!

It has become common place to send late. I have contributed to this as I have not been rating a 3 for a late swaps. Fair warning...I will rate a 3 for a late swap. I do not mean when a true emergency comes up...but over scheduling, and over commitment are not my idea of emergencies!

I give hearts for swaps that makes my heart sing, extras have nothing to do with it. I even give hearts on postcard swaps!
