I am going to copy what you've so rightly said about swaps being thrown together AND rating hearts. I have been far too generous with hearts in the past and now I am trying not to feel bad if I don't give one.
I tend to be quite blunt too. Face to face. I guess when writing, it is a bit easier to erase and 'say' it nicer...
