This is so true, and I think can make a lot of stress melt away. It's just a really hard thing to do. But I think it's something we can at least work on. After all, we are all a work in progress!
We are partners for #2 Profile Hello so I am stopping by to say hi! I also have fibromyalgia so I can relate to that struggle. Today is a sore day but going to do some stretches and hope I can knock it down a notch! :) I also LOVE The Walking Dead! Hope today is one of those good days, stay strong!
