Hiya, I saw that you collect atc's. Have you been to CNA, where they sell football and WWE collectors files? They are just the right size for atc's. Another bonus is that the cover page comes out and you can slip a homemade A4 page in with your own design on.They are pretty expensive (R70 to be precise) but they hold just over 200 atc's.
