Sorry if I couldn't explain it better, I said it just to encourage people to send more photos. Sometimes, some people only send the minimum of items required, I only wanted to say that if you make the effort to send all the photos, then you get a heart.

Trying to tell people what they HAVE to give hearts for rubs a lot of swappers the wrong way. Expecially the good ones. You may end up finding your swaps with less people in them because of this...
