JUST ADDED 3-4-09, Due to my mother passing away, I got behind on sending out some packages....but we are back home now & I am catching up on EVERYTHING....not making excuses, just set everything aside...but do not worry I am not flaking out on anything, just sadly kinda late for some of my swaps...I hope you are all understanding about this. I am truly sorry....

Love sewing (even though I'm still learning..) like doing cross stitch, most recently started making softies & am addicited! I am a SAHM of 3 DD's. I am 38. I teach hula from home as well ( try to keep up with my culture best I can...I am half Hawaiian, half mutt) Love reading (if & when I get a chance to) Mostly sci-fi, fantasy stuff.LOVE coffee (am a coffee-o-holic!!!) I LOVE!!! Dr. Who (both old & new....must admit, none of the old doctors were as cute as David Tennent...) Watch BBC america. Love rock & roll. (older stuff, 70's,80's hair bands, metal, etc) Love Hello Kitty, Chococat,My Melody, pretty much anything Sanrio as long as it isn't pink! (sorry to offend , but I just don't like the color pink.....Love Pink the singer though....go fig...)

Favorite color: Yellow

Favorite types of crafts: sewing, cross stitch, beading (but willing to try almost any...)Jewelery making, drawing

Favorites misc: Besides what was stated above, love Donald Duck, Daffy Duck, Sanrio (especially My Melody,Pekkle, Tuxedo sam,Chococat,Kerropi,)LOVE Dr.Who. love Japanese fabrics (cutesy kinds with small prints, primary colors....stuff like that..) Love reading books. Love music...

LOVE owls!! (even have a tatoo of one...) but just started to make owl stuffies & pins lately.

Am a Marvel comic fan (from little kid time...) but now my daughters are getting into comic books, so it's all good( can use their new found love as an excuse to keep up my old habits) :)

my daughters have been raiding my sticker stash lately, so would love any & all kinds of stickers!

Would LOVE anything handmade, tote bags,stuffies, jewelery, stationary, stickers, coin purses, apron, anything would be loved & appreciated!!

Favorite holiday is Halloween! Anything to do with it, I LOVE!

usually my daughters hog the TV, but if & when I DO get to watch the TV, I enjoy Dr.Who VERY much,Torchwood, Sarah Jane Adventures,love alot of shows on BBC America :My Family, Coupling, Catherine Tate Show,Little Brittan stuff like that...How Clean is Your House?, You are what you eat, Cash in the Attic.(ok, I sadly watch ALOT of BBC America...)

Honestly, I don't like anything colored pink. It's just not a color I like. I don't know why, but I've always disliked anything pink ( & go fig, that God would bless me with 3 daughters...all who LOVE anything pink!)

Also, I am allergic to cats, so if you have some & are sending me anything, please check to see that there's no cat hair on anything .

Other than those 2 things, I am usually happy to get a package & not really picky on what I get!

Without sounding needy or too greedy...I would be GREATFUL & really appreciate any of the following:

My daughters are getting into (kid-friendly) Anime books/comic books, so any would be appreciated. Archie comic books. American Girls stories. Any Dr. Who items (Or Sarah Jane for the girlies....) Bubble gum cards, stickers, anything ...we can't get any Dr. Who or Sarah Jane here in the states...Any Chicago cubs stuff for hubby, or 80's rock/metal stuff (pins, buttons, etc...) & I'm in search of owl fabric, gnome fabric, Japanese fabric, any kawaii type fabric (except for Hello Kitty...have no problems finding her...) :) Also looking for kawaii stuffie patterns, or if anyone wants to do a private swap, I would be GREATFUL! MAHALO for looking!!

I have been collecting Sanrio trinkets for over 30 years now ( the little toys they stick on the packages from Sanrio stores, whenever you buy something from there...) I've sadly had people complain that I've sent them plastic junk when I throw them into my Kawaii swaps, so I will no longer waste them, but would LOVE to trade for them!! ( I have lots of Kawaii stuff to offer in trade for trinkets!!!) PM if interested...
