I started going by Shary in middle school. I'm in my twenties and I'm just as confused as I was back then.

I am a licensed massage therapist as of 11/9/07. I am facinated by the human body. I like to ponder life and death. I try to heal.

I have a baby daughter named Gaia. She was born naturally on 12/9/07. I breastfeed, cloth diaper, co-sleep, and wear my babylove.

Carlos and I got married when Gaia was five months old on May 17th of 2008. It was a beach handfasting and it was absolutly wonderful.

I float around Florida a lot, and every few years wind up in Ohio. My address often changes. I'm hoping that along with the birth of my daughter, my new marriage, my new career, and my newfound sense of hope things can change and I can find a place I can call "home."

I'm not politically savvy, but I'm pretty liberal.

I don't like how history repeats itself, but generally speaking I like history. I like mythology more. I am obsessed with ancient Egypt. I study religion, but I'm not religious. I like Halloween best. I like everything about autumn and I hate the winter snow. I quit smoking. I stopped doing drugs. I am full of emotion. I am full of love.

I love recieving hand made items. They just seem so much more "warmer" and special. The only kind of jewelery I'll wear (besides my promise ring) is of the hand made kind.

I like all things Kawaii. I like candy from the East as well. Pocky... mmm!

I don't care for keychains, however if it's really cute or you made it especially for me it's okay. I don't drive anymore (wrecked my baby in '07) either, so the chances I'll even get to see your pretty gift are lower than usual.

When it comes to flavors, I hate licorice. On the flip side, I rather enjoy raspberry chocolate.

I like cucumber melon as an artificial scent and when it comes to aromatherapy I prefer ylang ylang and all things lavendar. I don't mind a "thick scent" of basil or rosemary either. All popourii pillows are fine. I'm trying really hard but I can't think of anything I don't like.

I love all types of music. Read bellow.

I love the human body so memoribilia relating to anatomy and physilogy is cool. I've been eyeing a skeleton hoodie for a while (the skull is showing as a side view on each side of the hood; ribs on the front down to the pelvis and on the back a back view; humerus, raidus, and ulna on the sleeves... yeah baby). If they exist, an actual representation of the heart would be a cool keychain. Any kind of anatomical notecards or pictures are amazing.

I like elephants. I like big cats. Dolphins, however, are old news. I grew up in Florida, so give me a break.

I like to recieve religious items as well. Statuettes or photocards of various dieties are cool. I'm really into it all, so even a little pocket book of Buddah quotes is satisfactory.

I like mushrooms. Little cartoon mushrooms and little vintage mushrooms. :) Actually, I like anything vintage. We'll just leave it at that.

I try to be crafty... let's keep it at "I have potential."

I write a lot. I have pen pals. Naturally, I collect stationary. I am very fond of Kamino Happy Mushroom and Crux Elephant & Favorite.

I've produced hand made journals once or twice and it's something I've seriously looked into as a hobby. Maybe when Gaia is older I'll have the time to devote to such crafts.

I just got a sewing machine, but I've been hand sewing for years.

I am teaching myself how to crochet. I find it hard to do with two cats and a mobile babylove. But, I do try.

I've just begun to scrapbook as well.

I can honestly say I listen to everything. I love hearig new beats and lyrics, so feel free to introduce your favorites to me if we swap CDs.
