Thanks for the comments on my profile. You asked me about card making, do as you feel, I started with a lot of the crafty 3d toppers, or get them off Ebay, maybe some die cut decoupage. As for a poem, they are all copyrighted to my, and I'm a bit reluctant to put one on here. Sorry, but I can give you the title of a book with one of mine in.

I have the same issues with some Swap-bot terms... I know that there's a glossary, but I just never get around to looking at it and sit around wondering what a Pocket Letter is. It took me ages to learn what exactly constitutes an ATC and I only learned about zines through my roomie.

Meetup is the best, especially when you're new to an area! I haven't been as active lately, but it's a great way to meet new people and do fun stuff (we've had a bunch of "hang out and color" type groups pop up lately, which is just awesome).

Hello Nicole, The cricut sounds like fun I have been debating for awhile a silhouette, but I am so technologically inept I worry it will become an expensive dust collector.I much rather print on sticker paper and cut out by hand while watching netlix, soemthing very zenlike and imperfect, but it would be so nice to make my own die cuts.

I am actually rather opposite to your situation, I am from a large city Portland Oregon and relocated to a village in the black forest in Germany. I am very open and love people but a bit of a wallflower, is that an oxy moron, I a sure I am not the only one to thrive online, I hope not lol. I am finding my way here, slowly but surely.
