@Tommie was very understanding. And I can see where it's easy to jump the gun and think you have been flaked on (because there are so many darn flakers on SB!), but I just wanted to give a re-assuring word that Cleo would never flake :)
It was @ladydy5 that came out of no where accusing you of flaking on people, which just made me see red a little bit, because I hate to see someone who isn't even the partner point fingers.

I live in South Africa too and our Postal Service is often absolutely ridiculous with sending&receiving post. It often takes ages.
Maybe you should PM Cleo and wait for her to respond. She would never ever flake. She is 100% Ocd when it comes to swap-bot.
ladydy5 - Umm excuse me, but she has ONE 1 out of 106 swaps, and if you would take the time to read her profile, she clearly states that the South African postal system takes a while.
That particular swap wasn't due out til Nov 14th, and her partner was in the USA, cut her some slack.
Sorry to sound a little angry but I am. Cleo is a wonderful Swap-botter, and I hate to see people accusing her of things when not even a month has passed since the due out date.
Oh! Did I ever thank you for the other Map PC you sent? I don't think I did, things have been crazy here with trying to plan Andrew's party. I thought it was going to be small but 23 people are coming! Yikes! lol

You say you hate flakers, yet you are beginning that trend yourself. Please tell your swappers why, everyone understands that things happen.
