Don't feel badly at all about the 22 cents. We have a new post lady and she's really strict about the "rules". She catches EVERYTHING, so I'm used to it :) I was just letting you know, not complaining at all!! Happy Holidays!
FYI - The snow globe sticker didn't incur extra postage! :)
