I enjoy everything artsy and craftsy, and especially love mixed media art. I was born and raised in Vermont, but I lived in Colorado for 4 years while I was in the Army. I work as an Executive Assistant, but secretly dream of owning a bakery. (People tell me that I make the best cupcakes they've ever had.) And, I have two cats (a boy kitty, Oliver and a girl kitty, Chloe), and I adore them :)

I love so many movies, but my favorites are Fight Club, Se7en,The Usual Suspects, Empire Records, Cold Mountain, The Notebook, Dangerous Liasons, Frida, The Last Samurai, The Village, Sixth Sense, White Palace, Secretary, Wicker Park, Frailty, the Ref, Pretty in Pink, The Bridges of Madison County, 21 Grams, Stay, Cloverfield, Penelope and Juno.

I'm a book freak, but the ones I've finished lately and some of my favorites are the Weight of Water, Ishmael, Joseph Cornell's Shadowplay Eterniday,...and EVERYTHING by Chuck Palahniuk (he wrote Fight Club), the guy could write a menu and I'd be captivated. I also love cookbooks, craft books (I must have 200), and anything Somerset Studio puts out. Right now I'm reading the Twilight series, and although intended for young readers, I am loving them.

Fabric, ribbon, the color pink, yellow and baby blue, cute things, Fall, Nightmare Before Xmas, cats, lambs, bunnies, baby deer, cupcakes, birds, bugs, bees, butterflies, flowers, sparkly things, robots, buttons, paper, postcards, frogs with crowns, super-heros, animals, toys, small trinkets, polka dots, assemblage art, collages, Joseph Cornell, Halloween, odd things, horror movies, handmade things, baking, little dresses (paper or fabric), handmade tiaras, and paper hats, black and white, skulls, spooky things, candy or bakery themed anything, stuffies, pin-cushions and aprons.

I've noticed that a lot of people list things that they don't like...it sounds alittle mean, but I guess it's appropriate, so I'll list a couple of things...I don't really like country or americana, I love animals, but don't love pigs, tigers, bears, and such. I don't love Disney (except for Tinkerbell, she's lovely), I don't like Winnie the Pooh, and I'm not fond of the color purple. And please, please, please do not spray the things you're sending me with febreze or place in a dryer sheet. The smell makes me VERY sick to my stomach. I would much rather it smell like smoke than these scents. Thank you.
