I am mom of three, trying to settle in my roaring forties. I live in a small town in the Netherlands, near Amsterdam, with my kids, my husband, a pet rabbit and a little blue budgie.
I love my GelliPlate to create funky backgrounds with acrylic paints!

People used to tell me I was born at least a decade late. :-)
Ska, Punk and New wave music make my heart jump. Some of my favourite bands are the Cure, the Pixies, Blondie and Depeche Mode.
But I also love all projects Paul Heaton was ever involved in (like the Beautiful South), and the same goes for Neill Finn.
Please check out my wish list below.
I loooove woodland items (mushrooms, foxes, squirrels, trees, acorns, owls), cute birds, hot air balloons, type writers, rainbows!__ I love items with rainbows on it!__ . I love rubber or acrylic stamps with these subjects.
(Please no reward stickers, very childish/cute stickers or Disney stickers).
Among my favourite authors/illustrators are Dr. Seuss, Lauren Child, Astrid Lindgren & Ilon Wikland.
I like charms and rubber stamps and badges and coin purses and magnets. And laser cut veneer wood thingies. I love bunting, too.
Turquoise/teal is my favorite color. I also like woodgrain prints or (large) houndstooth (b&w).
I love everything photograpy or polaroid related.
When you are thinking of sending me chocolate, I love that! Just not anything with mint. I love chocolate bars with peanutbutter filling, (like Kitkat or anything Reese's) but also Doubledeckers, most Cadbury bars, you name it.
If you're from Australia: I once received TimTam's and I loved loved loved them! Would like to receive those.
At first, I felt bad about listing my dislikes, but you might as well save the shipping costs so here's a bunch of things I don't like to receive. Please:
Also, I have no use for postcards of your town. I don't participate in postcard swaps and it's really a waste to send them to me. I throw them out eventually.
Please don't send me jewelry which isn't 100% nickel free.
Please don't send me scraps or clippings unless it is the specific purpose of the swap. I also prefer NOT to receive washi tape samples. I prefer whole rolls, as the samples always tear.
Note to my Dutch partners: please no Zeeman/Action items.
Kids laughter, ukelele, graphic design, chocolate, the smell of a freshly mowed lawn, spring, log cabins, crosswords, magazines, miniatures, Blythe, strong black coffee, book stores, fresh new notebooks, craft supplies, drawing, writing, children's books, instructional design, karaoke, cotton, silkscreen, e-learning, satisfaction, rocking chairs, porches, hot tubs, bubbles, champaign, love, my DH, Dorset, the beach, furry animals, clever birds.
ONLY FOR KID SWAPS:
I have 2 boys (aged 16 and 10) but they're not really into small treasures.
My 13 yr old daughter though, loves horses and ponies. She likes stickers, washi tape, lip gloss and funny magnets for her white board.
She loves to craft with paper and shrink art. She also loves to read (she's learning English in school).
I really, really like to receive:
Woodland themed items (deer, fox, toad stool, chipmunk, squirrel, owl, woodgrain, etc.) Nothing TOOO cute please. I have enough pink deer with huge eyes for this lifetime and the next. :)
If you can find items with a squirrel or fawn, I would love that. Little figurines (squirrel, fox, deer) too.
Items (charms, stamps, stickers) with clouds and/or rainbows
Items with one or more swallows (the bird)
Washi tape rolls (not samples)
Blackbird or swallow themed items (pins, cards, charms, etc.)
Wood veneer lasercut shapes
Rubber or acrylic stamps with hot air balloons, type writers or sewing machines
Typewriter/cash register/retro stuff
Crochet yarn (I prefer cotton)
Silver stud earrings
Pretty PLANNER stuff
Polaroid stuff (I own a Fuji instax mini)
I use Paperchase A5 binders for my planner! I am participating in the UNPLANNER project by Art to the 5th, and I use all kinds of papers and dividers in these binders.
So that's Paperchase A5 - 3 ring binders. The binder itself (outside) measures (approx) 23 x 19 cm. The refill page size is 8,5 x 6 inches.
I usually punch the 3 holes myself to be sure the contents fit. If you're in a planner swap with me I love it when you just leave some room for this on one side.
I am also looking for project life/photo pockets to fit in these binders. (the transparent kind).
