i'm twenty four years old, a nanny for three amazing little girls (three year old twins and their seven year old sister) and a full time college student (majoring in liberal studies and looking to transfer in fall of 2011).

some of my favorite things are writing in my journal, relaxing, riding my bike through the quiet neighborhoods in my area, taking pictures, writing letters and spending time with my family and friends.

what you may not know about me is that i am in LOVE with the ziggy dolls. you know, the cartoon guy! i have a lot of them, but i am always looking for more.

i got my first ziggy when i was a little over a year old and i still have him (he still sleeps with me at night).

if you have any/see any and would be willing to trade, i would be so so thrilled and so so so thankful! i can send what you like in return.

i'm very laid back and quiet. i love my friends as if they are my family, and they have been very supportive of me. i recently learned who my true friends are and they have been amazing.

on warm, sunny afternoons i love to sit outside and read a book or write. spring is my favorite season to do this because it's not too cold and it's not too hot. the weather is perfect!

i love animals -- i have three cats (abby, kudos and rynna) and two turtles (keanu and crush). my mom and step dad also have two dogs who i love very much (otto and cooper). as a girl, i always wanted to work as a marine biologist and work with orca's in the wild.

i'm not very picky -- but i don't like bad swappers, white chocolate, onions, mushrooms and homophohia. i know that not everyone agrees with or accepts homosexuality, but that isn't an excuse to be so mean to the homosexual community. we're humans also! :) i also don't like thunderstorms (i'll admit it, i'm scared of them) and arguments.

i have a wide range of favorite colors -- i love hot pink and lime green. i love earth green, the blue green of the ocean, the color of redwoods. i love dark red, lavender and silver. i love the color turquoise and the bright yellow of spring flowers.

i am ALLERGIC to honey. i don't like white chocolate, butterscotch and cinnamon candy/gum/sweets.

i won't lie -- i am addicted to paranormal romance novels! j.r. ward is my favorite author and her brotherhood of the black dagger series is amazing! read them! :D

i love writing -- letters, fiction, non-fiction, poetry, in my journal, etc, collaging, doodling in my journal or on random scraps of paper. i love photography as well.

one day, i hope to be a published author. i'm currently working on a memoir about my coming out experience.

anything and everything! seriously. i listen to a little bit of everything.

i've been listening to avril lavigne, snow patrol, good charlotte, hilary duff, fall out boy and much more lately. i have hanson, backstreet boys, yanni, dashboard confession and my chemical romance on my ipod. what i listen to depends on my mood -- but music keeps me going.

i can't go anywhere without my ipod!

the princess diaries, american tail, land before time, 10h kingdom, harry potter, lord of the rings, charlotte's web, happy feet, the namesake, the lion king, star wars (original!), land before time, the neverending story, the princess bride .... there's a lot more movies i like. i can't remember them all!

america's next top model, survivor, american idol, planet earth, lost worlds, anything on the history channel, discovery channel, travel channel or discovery health channel.

i love watching documentaries about ww2/holocaust. if i ever change my major to history, i will focus on that time period. it's so interstesting to me and so sad, but at the same time, i believe we all need to learn about it and become fully aware of what happened.
