I love papercrafting, hence my nick-paperchickie. I like to do rubber stamping--cardmaking mostly. I also like getting ideas from splitcoaststampers.com. It's amazing how many people love papercrafting.

I have just recently started to crochet. I have made a scarf and have started on another--I just can't stop !

I have been married for 4 years to my best friend. We have no children yet, although we would love at least one someday. I work as an administrative assistant by day, "artist" any other time. I love swaps and I love getting quality handmade things in the mail.

Some of my favorites:
*The color PINK *Purses/tote bags *Cupcake things (crochet, felt, etc.) or things with cupcakes on them *Milk chocolate *Ribbon *Quality handmade items *Stampin UP! stuff *Different kinds of containers (old stoneware bowls, refrigerator dishes, Longaberger baskets, jars, wooden bowls and boxes, old picnic baskets) *Crochet yarns *Primitive antiques (mostly wooden things like butter paddles, butter molds, wooden spoons, potato mashers, etc.) *McCall's brand scented wax tarts (food scents) *Sparkly embellishments I can use on cards or altered items *Copic markers

I have a weakness for magazines. I absolutely LOVE them! Woman's Day, Family Circle, All You, Creating Keepsakes, The Rubber Stamper, Somerset Studio, Paper Crafts, Country Living, Country Home....... I think I may need counseling..... ;)

I like shopping at thrift stores, yard sales, flea markets, antique consignment shops, auctions, Big Lots, TJ Maxx, Marshall's, Tuesday Morning and those dollar stores.
