About Me

I live in Minnesota and love collage and altered art. I am also a mystery buff and love to travel. I retired in July 2012 and have been spending lots of time volunteering with the Red Cross. I've been out on disaster assignment in NY, NJ (Super Storm Sandy), MS, OK and CO for a total of 20+ weeks in the last year and am ready to settle in to do some personal art and craft work. I am a member of the Baker Street Irregulars and a fan/collector of Sherlock Holmes materials.

Favorite Music

I enjoy music from the 40's, 50's and 60's, but listen to all sorts.

Favorite Movies

Funny Girl, 40 Carats and Shirley Valentine

Favorite Television

Elementary, BBC mystery (especially Sherlock) and Big Bang Theory. Now that I'm retired, I've gotten into watching cooking shows and get a big kick out of The Chew

Favorite Crafts

Collage, paper crafts and altered art, but am also fond of ATCs and watercolor.

I received your Peace ATC today. How creative! Unfortunately the beaded glue did not travel well. If you use that agin on an ATC, you might want to use a padded envelope or somehow protect it a little more. Still love it though! Thank you.
