About Me

I'm a Jack Kerouac obsessed art fag who giggles a lot and thrives in obscurity. I love providing witty commentary for trashy reality shows, throwing out obscure cultural references, oil painting, fun clothes, and ridiculous music.

I have a very eclectic and strange taste in things. I don't like "crafts", I like art. Ribbons in pastels and polka dots will not be appreciated, although something wild and funky most definitely will. Anything that makes your soul feel good is a plus in any any department.

FAVORITE COLORS: purples, bluegreens, and regular greens. (like olive or kelly green .)

Favorite Books

I'm interested in a lot of subjects and I'm extremely open minded. There's not much of a chance of sending me something I'll find offensive. Even if you send me some crazy neo nazi literature, I'll probably read it out of interest (while severely and harshly judging you of course.)

I would absolutely LOVE any book by jack kerouac that isn't On the Road. (because I already own that one.)

Although there are some books I just do not like. They include: cookbooks (I prefer to nuke it and get on with life) teeny bopper sensations. (I may be 18 but that does not mean I want to read a book about a girl struggling to talk to a boy but her crippling self esteem gets in the way, or someone bitching about the amount of homework they have and how oppressive their parents are.) VAMPIRE ROMANCE NOVELS (this is directly aimed at the twilight series.)

harry potter. the sea, the sea. little miss strange. child of my heart. the lake of dead languages. midnight in the garden of good and evil. the lovely bones. me and emma. the shining. like water for chocolate. the moon is down. like water for chocolate. practical magic. ghost orchid. sex and sunsets. guitar highway rose. the drowning tree. the seduction of water. to kill a mockingbird. something wicked this way comes. interview with the vampire. fahrenheight 451. the secret life of bees. lets go play at the adams. a home at the end of the world. the melancholly death of oyster boy. the world according to garp. roseflower creek. the kurt cobain journals. the virgin suicides. the memory of running. this is graceanne's book. a handbook for drowning. running with scissors. on the road. janis joplin: burried alive. the fair folk. she's come undone. the cruciable. sundays at tiffanies. closet case. the glass castle. riders on the storm. the mists of avalon. hippie. the annotated alice. the emporer wears no clothes. of mice and men. the outsiders. audrey rose. john. cannery row. a girl named zippy. center of everything. catcher in the rye. the regulators. the heart is a lonely hunter.

Favorite Crafts

Everything really, I love to experiment. I love drawing, painting, assemblage, collage, sewing (although I'm not the best at it.)

Whatever you send me I'll find a use for it most likely.

I love love steampunk style, so anything useful in that area would be appreciated. A trip to your local junk yard would suffice actually. ^_^ I also love really cute things.

DO NOT SEND GLITTER. it is the herpes of craft supplies. stickers on the other hand will ALWAYS be appreciated. I use them for full sticker assault on my town. I put stickers on everything, from street signs to ice cream trucks. (It's happened before.)

Comment: I even re-sent to my partner so Im disappointed to not have gotten anything in return. This was a pretty big swap to flake on. If it was a postcard or something I might have let it go. I also recently had a death in my fam. but still caught up w/ my swaps and got them out, even if late. I will change if swap arrives. Hope things are okay and if not that they might be soon.

Comment: I loved your list! Ireland is awesome and I want to go one day. I might be going to Belfast this summer but I’m not sure if I am for definite or not. What’s a Lomographic camera? I think Polaroid have stopped making film so you’d need to get your skates on if you want some film!
