I bought panels of redwork blocks to do and they are 10 x 10 with half inch all around and was wondering if they were be okay to send? How do you all feel about that. The coordinator asked me to put this in comments to get everyones comment on it.

I would be happy to receive any size...

Sounds good to me. It is just fun anticipating the surprise sent by an unknown partner.

kgeslab 02/20/2012 #

any size works for me, too!

perkl8r 02/21/2012 #

cool, I like the response.....so we'll allow any size larger than 6 1/2" redwork.....does that sound fair? If so, then I'll change the swap details so EVERYONE will know they can send any size redwork as long as it is at least 6 1/2 inches square.

thank you ladydy5

please note the changes in the swap description from 6 1/2" block to 6 1/2" OR LARGER block....enjoy!

i always figure i should mention i embroider non-traditional redwork patterns. if you're my receiver and this upsets you, let me know!

any size works for me too.....

You know, I enjoy getting a "non-tradional" piece of hand emboridery sometimes. Well to be honest, I LOVE just about ANY hand embroidery work. I especially like it when folks put their hearts into their work and send their best. I am pleased with the response to this swap series. OH boy, OH boy!

any size or pattern is great

Any size or pattern is good for me too...and I will be doing the same:)

I have made a 6.5" block for now, but as I have Redwork pattern book I can make any size in the future.

Sadly we have two late senders in this swap MsSuzanne, and savesthescraps4me. I've sent messages to both this morning and hope to hear back from them soon. I've promised both that I'll be glad to help them in anyway I can.

So if they are your partners I'm sorry you have not heard from them but hopefully they just need a little help and will be back on track shortly.

I would love to hear from any of their partners.

MsSuzanne never sent and I have rated her accordingly. I put a lot of work into this, so it makes me sad, but I guess it happens!
