Do you have a favorite tea? Would you like to share a sample with someone?

If so, then this swap is for you!

For this swap, please send your partner 2 packaged tea bags that are your favorite brand or flavor via snail mail. A single stamp should cover the cost of postage, but feel free to add an extra cent or two for good postage Karma if you feel it's necessary.

Please include a short note or letter explaining why this particular tea bag/brand/flavor is your favorite. You can even describe what you do when you are drinking your favorite tea. For example, I like to read a book when I am sipping on my favorite tea.

You can send 2 of the same or 2 different varieties. Just please make sure that the tea bags are enclosed in its own little tea envelope. No loose teas please. That includes naked tea bags (without its own envelope). Some teas come in bulk boxes not wrapped individually. (Please do not send those either).

This is sender's choice USA ONLY*

Remember to rate a "5" if you receive your 2 tea bags & note/letter. Do not rate down if you do not care for the flavor/brand.

If you do not receive your teas, please rate a "1" & let me know so I can angel your tea bags.

Any questions, concerns or comments, please let me know!

Have fun & happy swapping!

Good for you!!! :-)

DesertUnicorn 11/21/2013 #

FYI - I just mailed swaps like this today as domestic mail and as I have been told in the past when I've sent the same thing, they say that envelopes with tea bags are too thick and may get caught in the machinery and should be sent at the postal desk so they can be hand cancelled for 66 cents postage. So send with regular postage at your own risk...

LindaRichards 11/22/2013 #

@DesertUnicorn thank you for the tip! That's why I suggested extra postage Karma. I will keep that in mind when mailing. I hope you will join this swap. I would love to have you.

Too bad you didn't check profiles. @cakebomb has a recent 1, three late swaps on her dashboard, and hasn't logged on in over 2 weeks.

LindaRichards 12/ 3/2013 #

@TC I did check profiles. There is only 1 current "1". I did contact cakebomb, plus I gave her the benefit of the doubt since she has signed up for so many other swaps at the moment. Plus I said that I would "Angel" if necessary.

TC 12/12/2013 #

@kinseycat was late on 3 swaps when partners were assigned. I guess she got the benefit of the doubt, too. Now she's flaking on 13 swaps.

wokeupmissing 12/14/2013 #

@TC if you don't like the way @LindaRichards runs her swaps, you know you don't have to join, right?

LindaRichards 12/18/2013 #

I can "Angel" for anyone who has not received from their swap partners. Just make sure to rate them a "1" & contact me to let me know so I can send it to you.

LindaRichards 12/27/2013 #

@wokeupmissing thank you. I appreciate the backup. I can Angel anyone if necessary. Just remember to mark a "1" for the partner who flaked on you.

this was a fun swap! loved the tea! I was late on the ratings due to some family issues. Ratings were given! :)

LindaRichards 01/ 2/2014 #

@dearkaryn thank you & I'm super glad you enjoyed this swap!

Very disappointing when you send a swap, message, email & post comment on their board and you are ignored and do not receive the courtesy of a response.
