Seen the movie? Great to have a bucket list....You may be in your 20's, 30's, 40's or like me much older and you have an idea of what you would like to do or see before you "kick the bucket". Don't be offended, it is not intended to be a sad thing, just don't wait. Makes you think tho. I figure I may have about 5 things right now on it but could be more if I really think about it. Fun to see what your partners put down too. Put as long or short a list as you want. Two partners to send the same list to. You can put it on a postcard or in a letter, thats up to you. This world is now full of lists so lets try this one also. Newbies are welcomed. Should not take you too long to do this but get your brain working...Good luck.

I actually haven't seen the movie, but I love the idea. :-)

Can't wait, thank you for setting it up.

This was an awesome movie! Something I think a lot about in my circumstance.

AreJay 09/30/2008 #

Sounds fun--I have this on my watchlist. The timing's a bit iffy for me, but if things work out in my favor I'll join! :-) Cool idea.

ladydy5 10/ 4/2008 #

Should be very interesting too.

Godsrockangel 10/ 6/2008 #

Is there a set number of things to include or do you just go for it and have as many as you like?

Godsrockangel 10/ 6/2008 #

Sorry my fault i then read the description again and it tells me! Doh!

I have been looking for a swap like this. I already have a list of this nature but I have 101 things. Some of them have already been crossed out so my list is going to be a very odd number.

ladydy5 10/16/2008 #

It really depends upon your situation a nd age as to how many you have. When I was 20 plus I had a bunch which I did cross off, but now at 73 my list is shorter as I realize the things I want to do are different. Like right now I would not put "Climbing Mt. Everest" on it but maybe "seeing my 9 grandchildren graduate from school" So be realistic on your list.

Im super excited about this swap! It seems like a ton of fun! I'm 25, and there are many things i would love to do and accomplish in my lifetime

I was just thinking of starting this swap. I'm so glad that I found this! I'm in!

If you ever need help with keeping your list going, I recommend the site 43 things. You can set up email reminders to get yourself going...It also has a bunch of ideas about things to add to your list if you find yourself overwhelmed with all the amazing things there are out there in the big big world...

Godsrockangel 10/23/2008 #

I'm a member of 43 things and I keep gettings emails about what I should be doing"

MuzicChiq 10/23/2008 #

I made a list of 100 things, and sent it out to my Partners today! Hope you enjoy! =)

butterflywings 10/23/2008 #

Mine went out today! This should be really interesting and fun!

LadyT 10/23/2008 #

Can we email our lists or do you want them snail-mailed?

ladydy5 10/24/2008 #

Should be mailed. I also see that some of the participants that have no rating yet have already sent, thanks all.

AprilShowers 10/24/2008 #

My lists went out to my partners this afternoon. I hope you enjoy!

I have to say...I have had a bucket list for a long time. My very good friend died from cancer a few years ago and he made us promise to make a lit of great and silly things and just freaking do them...I attended Mike a friend of 16 years funeral today. He was always a wonderful person but could not kick his habbit. I would never judge him but always loved him with his flaws. My husband and I are devistated and he just learned of my list. He found me today crying while I was writing...It was to try to do one awsome thing for Mike that no one else would do for him...I have to say I never knew until his mama told me...I was his only friend who he knew no matter what I stuck by him and he knew he was loved by me and my husband..w/o knowing it I did do the one thing I guess not one other would or could do for him.Love him no matter what...

tampagirl 10/25/2008 #

mine wasnt quite 100 things, but I feel it was from my heart.

That was a fun swap! I cant wait to get my first ratings!!

SCgal 11/ 5/2008 #

Have my lists complete & ready to send on Friday!

ladydy5 11/13/2008 #

Great ladies and gents (?) I received such good ideas wish I had more years ahead of me to do some that you all put on the list to do. If I have any flakers here is there any one who kept their list and might send it to who missed out.?

Godsrockangel 11/13/2008 #

@terrip and @lbibeachbum I'm sorry yours are late - I am hoping to have them in the post tomorrow or the latest of Saturday.

Han :)

Godsrockangel 11/13/2008 #

@ladydy5 I can print another copy of my list - I am running a little late to my partners but they will be sent tomorrow.

I can email it if its easier and people dont mind

ladydy5 11/14/2008 #

Ask your swappers Godsrockangel if they would like it emailed. That is not what the swap was to do and could mean a 3 rating. This is up to you and them. Good swapping....

Godsrockangel 11/29/2008 #

@ladydy5 I meant that my Bucket list has been sent to my partners by mail but if someone needed an angel I could email it.

I could do with an angel as I've been let down my partner (my partner was also LBIBeachbum's partner as well.)
