Capital City Postcards

For this swap we will be trading postcards of state or country capital cities. The postcards should be store bought. The postcards can have a picture of the actual capitol building, but they don't have to. They could also show a picture of the skyline or even another important building in that city--but they must be from a state or country capital.

The postcards should be written on, stamped, and sent "naked" through the mail. If you really want yours in an envelope, you can list your preference in the comments. Partners can try to accommodate special requests, but they are not required to do so.

On the back of the postcard write some information about the city...for example, what is the population? what year was it founded? etc.

I'm not going to have a minimum rating for this swap, but I reserve the right to ban anyone who has recent, unexplained no-sends. Please private message me if you have a special situation. Newbies are welcome with a filled out profile. I can angel if I need to, but I'm going to nag first. :) Please let me know if someone doesn't send.
