@snailmaillover had a similar swap over here but it is USA only, so she graciously allowed me to create an International one for all the ribbon lovers out there.

This one is not copy + pasted from @snailmaillover 's one and has a few differences

In this swap, you will send your two partners 10 pieces of ribbon in an envelope, each at least 15cm (6") and they all need to be different. If you want to send two of the same, then rather have a 30cm (12").

So that's either 10 x 15cm (6") or 5 x 30 cm (12"), or a mixture of the two... and each ribbon has to be different.

You'll have two partners and although not necessary, it would be nice to have a look at their profiles and spot favourite colours/themes.

All types of ribbon are welcome; satin, grosgrain, velvet, organza, gingham, fat, skinny, patterned, plain, lace... anything:]

Newbies are welcome, but mail me first or leave a comment below to promise me that you will send. I will be going through all profiles before assigning partners, of course. I will angel this if you have been flaked...

To everyone: What do you say to changing the number of swap partners to 2 instead of 1...? It's a very light swap, postage isn't too high, even international, and that way you'd get a bit of a range of ribbons back...

Every newbie who leaves a comment on this swap page promising to swap is allowed to join this swap. I won't ban you. But remember, by asking to join, you are promising to send. If you cannot send your package by the Send By date please drop from the swap

Newbies (those with less than 5 mailed swaps) who have not contacted me by the time of the Sign Up date will be banned. Flakers too.

This is such an easy, low cost swap that has the potential to make your partner's very happy.

If it fits in an envelope, then sure, why not ? Just make sure to cover the envelope properly so that any prying postal hands cannot find their way inside.

@UberKutie it was one partner, but it was changed to 2 now. It's nice to get a bit of diversity in a swap:)

Hello! I just wanted to let everybody know that while I did put my packages in the mailbox Saturday, they probably won't go out until Wednesday at the earliest. My entire little city is underwater - Red Cross is setting up a shelter and everything...I blogged about it earlier today (blog is on my profile). First time I'm glad I live in a 4th floor apartment.
