hello! i'm brand spankin' new to this so umm.... what's a "no send"? thank you!

dewdrop, it means when someone signs up for a swap and then doesn't send anything to their swap partner. It happens sometimes, so far its only happened to me once. Very disappointing to say the least.

I am concerned that my swap mailed on 10/19 may have been lost in the mail. I mailed another letter the same day/time as the swap envelope and that letter has not arrived at its destination. I sent my partner, scrapkween, a message to follow-up and have not heard back yet. I hope you will give me a chance to correct if the envelope doesn't show up in the next few days. I am a newbie and I certainly don't want a post office glitch to hurt my rating. Thanks.

rainbowdaze who has joined your group - flakes. She was in my charm swap and failed to send her partners anything. They have emailed her, I have left notes for her on her page and she completely ignores us. We know she comes online too cos it says when she last signed in. There is no excuse for this and I would suggest you boot her from your swap. Thanks.
