Can it be an 8x8 album with recipies?

Emkay 02/28/2010 #

We have metric system in Germany, is it okay to list my recepies in my system and include a seperate page with some some kind of explanation? Becausee I believe, if I recieve from an international partner, I will get the recipes in their measurments as well. Sometimes it is real hard to transfer correct form gram into cups, spoons, oz and fl.oz :) :) Watching for now, but in need for new cooking ideas.

I have the same question like Emkay. Watching for now.

8X8 pages are much easier to work with for me so I hope this will be OK. There are no allergies in our home but my husband would rather eat dirt than lima beans or peas. Since I'm from the US I no not know the conversions but there is anything available on the internet now.

This swap sounds wonderful, and I will join although I have to second Emkay's (and Gusti's) question now that it's asked :-) As you haven't specified - and this is an international swap - I'm thinking we are free to choose which measurements we use, especially as it's easier to convert TO a system you already use than the other way round ;-) Anyways, I have no fatal allergies, but a craving for spicy Mexican food and anything else yummy of course :-D

yes, you can choose your measurements, and 8x8 is fine, any size is fine as long as it is no smaller than 6x6 @Emkay you may include conversions, but I wont make it a requirement. =)

sorry, have to drop out. Hope you will make a second round.
