I have recently become obsessed with Harry Potter fanfiction! I loved the books and the movies, and now that they are over I need something to feed the addiction!

Send the first chapter of your favorite fanfiction (or even write your own!) to 3 partners. I know it's super easy to look up fanfics online, but there is so much to sort through and this way we might find some hidden gem that we will love! SENDER'S CHOICE, any topic technically goes, but PLEASE contact your swap partners so they can tell you what they do not like. there are a lot of different types of fanfiction out there and not everybody likes them all. also send any appropriate links to following chapters, etc!

(I'd just like to say that while we all love fan fiction, we must give credit to the amazing J.K. Rowling for coming up with the incredible characters and world of Hogwarts!!)

Grrrreat swap idea.

It will be fascinating to red someone other´s "gem" or favorite, but perhaps we could all list up some preferences, favorite genres or absolute no-go´s. For example I like to read some Slash- Stories from time to time, but some people hate that.

Would it be possible to assign partners a little earlier? Pleeeease!

This is BRILLIANT! I'm sort of obsessed with fanfiction.

In terms of preferences, I read mostly slash, but if you recommend a good het story, I'll at least give it a try. Pretty much anything goes. :D

My perferences: Just like magickmaker, I´m willing to be surprised by something I´d otherwise never touch.

Slash is no problem for me as well as adult fictions and the "heavier stuff". Comedy or Dramatic doesn´t matter as long as it´s well written. Normally I may favorite characters are those of the older generation: Severus Snape, Remus Lupin, Sirius Black and especially Lucius Malfoy ( I admit it: I´m kinda obsessed by this man. But that seems to be a rather unusual even in the carzy HP fandom. )

I'll read anything, with the exception of stories that include rape. Slash, fem-slash, sex, etc. are all Okay with me. :)

also maybe it would be easier for everyone to post what they like here! i am fine with being surprised, i am a Dramione fan (why? i don't know!) but am fine with any pairing. i am a romance fan but would also love to try something new!
