Oh yeah. The truly irritating thing to me is how many times I have resent, and that the person is within frigging /driving/ distance... I think it would have been cheaper to drive up there and hand deliver it. :/
I see that you got a no send on the strange mail. My strange mail got lost too. I was lucy because my partner understood that there are riks in sending un-packaged mail. She waited over a month and got the first mailing 2 weekds after I resent.

I love neopets too! I don't take very good care of my pets (I am a bad pet-mum and grew bored of feeding them after 6 years), but I'm hooked on the games and the stock market.
I am seriously reconsidering that, actually. I'm trying to figure out how to eliminate all these "1's" that people give for inappropriate reasons or when they outright lie about circumstances to get multiple resends... I can't afford to send ALL the packages/postcards/letters with tracking. :P I have to get the unhappy folks somehow satisfied before I consider staying- or find a way to get the unfair ratings dropped or at least figure out how to minimize them... dang, you know?
