I love all kinds of crafts and have tried many over the years but I always come back to SEWING.
I like to make simple projects that I can get done quickly.
You will not find me trying to sew complicated clothing or quilt patterns. I enjoy the process of putting together the colors and patterns.
I am always on the lookout for lace, ricrac, buttons and other trimmings to jazz up my sewing projects.
I am collecting pink and yellow fabric for a quilt for my niece She will both be graduating High School next spring.
I enjoy the simplicity of the postcard swaps. I do not organize and save every postcard that is sent to me. I save most of them on a bulletin board in my office at home and the one at work. It is covered in layers and I pull some off and let them go when it gets too thick.
I like vintage and handmade postcards but I am happy with any card that I get. I prefer my postcards sent naked with a message written on the back unless the swaps asks for otherwise. Don’t worry about what to write on the card – use a famous quote or draw me a picture if you can’t think of anything to say.
You do not need to notify me if you are sending a few days late. I never check the postmark dates so I will never notice. Swaps are supposed to be fun so please do not stress out!
I always check with my partners before I ever rate a 1. Even if you are super, crazy late you will have a chance to let me know before I zap you with a 1.
I know that some of you are very precice and will check dates on the postage. I will notify you if I have an unexpected delay.
This is for a cool kitchen swap
My kitchen is light purple. Everything is eclectic so anything you send will work in. My husband spends more time cooking than I do. He likes water sports, fish, and skulls. We both like vintage kitchen stuff. Our favorite egg turner was a wedding gift to my grandparents almost 70 years ago.

I love your Boston! I have one back home with my folks, and just got a French Bulldog that looks like one here in Germany. Your icon in the Postcard Lovers group caught my eye.
