I'm Sarah, born 26 years ago in Belgium. I've always lived there with my family in a small town between Antwerp and Brussels. From 2000 until 2004 I studied Applied Informatics at the university in Leuven. I learnt there how to make computer programs. It was back then when I started writing letters and swapping! It was also in 2000 that I got to meet Arthur, my boyfriend. Since 2005 we live together in Eindhoven (The Netherlands). I also started working then. I worked in 2 companies before I started in January of this year as a Consultant. For different companies, I have to build reports in a software program called SAP. These reports show all kind of management information. For instance the profit of last month compared to the profit of the same month last year. I have many different hobbies: Penpalling, Swapping, Music, Movies, Reading Books, Being Creative (make cards, scrapbooking, etc), Collecting postcards, Making my own website, Travelling, Spending time with my hamster Miro and much more!

My favourite music all depends on my mood. I can listen to various kind of music; Rock, Metal, Dance, Top40, etc. Some of my favourite groups include: Faithless, Lacuna Coil, Flowing Tears, Plumb, Madonna, Jewel, Armin van Buuren, Enya, Enigma, Within Temptation, Tori Amos, Bliss, Delain etc.

My favourite books are thrillers, mostly pshychological ones written by Nicci French. I'm also found of books written by Dan Brown and Kate Mosse. I also love the combination of 2 stories twined to each other. (One story happens 150 years ago, while the other one happens now). I also love to read books written by Barbra & Allen Pease.

As for movies, I love thrillers and animated movies the best. I don't really like it if I can already 'guess' from the trailers how the movie will go. Sometimes it's good, but it's not really my kind of movies! A small list of movies that are my favorites: Seven, Untraceble, Amelie, The DaVinci Code, Pirates of the Caribean (all 3), The Bourne trilogy, WALL-E, Monsters INC, Finding Nemo, Finding Neverland, Corpse Bride, The Nightmare Before Christmas. ...

I don't watch much TV, but I do have some favourite series/soaps that I'd like to follow: Sex and the City, Lost, Heroes, The X-files, Fringe

Scrapbooking, Making Christmas Cards(with all kinds of different technique: 3D, Stamped, ..), Making Jewelry, ... These are things I don't do often, since I just don't have the time for it. I really love it and makes me happy when I can do it, but times doesn't let me!

I don't really dislike anything, I find it very important that something is send to me that the sender would also want to receive. I love surprises but it's nog great when someone send folded stationary, or sloppy stickers.
