after a LONG conversation with Kodak they determined that my printer head needed replaced and that is why I was having all the crazy printer issues thankfully my printer is under warranty and they are going to replace it for free it has been a pain not having a printer :) ...I hope your c tab gets to you soon, I sent it out on Tuesday...have a good rest of your weekend!
