Plastic bags in interesting designs/colors - at least grocery bag size for plarn. Seriously, if there is room left over in your package add a couple of plastic bags. If they are something other than white, tan or yellow - I'll be thrilled!

Weaving is my favorite activity. I have large and small looms and am finding anything goes. I wish I had more time to weave. I love everything about the process.

I also do small crochet projects, practical items like hot pads, spa cloths and dishcloths. I like to felt the hot pads. I've experimented with dyeing wool & cotton yarns. I've done block printing in a very basic way with the kids. I'd like to carve some rubber stamps. I'm interested in zentangles but have not tried it. Cooking is enjoyable family time for us.

Any book for the kids. My son is reading the 39 clues series and loves math & logic books. My daughter has been into the Magic Tree House series, books about the First Ladies & Amelia Earhart. Some of their fiction and non-fiction preferences are on my Amazon wishlist.

My 12 year old son Duncan loves to read. Items on his wish list include Magic the Gathering cards/boxes. plastic ATC sized sleeves, 39 clues cards, a catapult- a boy can dream, international coins and vintage marbles. Items with his name are impossible to find and would be most appreciated. He enjoys cooking and baking. He drinks mild teas like green tea & jasmine. He loves math and logic puzzles. He is advanced in math so don't hesistate to send any level of puzzle. He likes fun homemade pillowcases and mysteries. He needs a signal mirror/whistle, fine tip alcohol markers, flagging tape, large green glowsticks and wool/blend socks in a men's size medium for camping.

My 9 year old daughter Anastasia loves anything princess or ballet, seeing her name in print, dress up stuff, notebooks/journals, art supplies, horse books/items, aprons, nail polish, jewelry, beads & jewelry making stuff. Her ears are pierced but very sensitive. She is hoping to learn calligraphy-books or supplies would be appreciated. She is collecting/reading the old Nancy Drew series- any of those would be loved. She is a natural performer. She does ballet, tap & has been in several community theater plays. Her favorite colors are pink and purple.

DH John enjoys bagpipes, especially the Black Watch. He likes green tea, whole bean coffee, dark chocolate, a good cigar, pistachios, pumpkin seeds/pepitas, and other nuts. He would love bay rum soap/shaving stuff. He collects coins, early 80's & prior, any country including the US. He would be thrilled with a roll of pennies or nickels to sort through-seriously! He's a simple guy. He would appreciate any funny, crude or characters from the 60's t-shirts in XL. He subscribes to International Living magazine. He would like Kiplinger, Money or other investment magazines or newsletters. He would appreciate any books or info on green or sustainable living. He does not enjoy or follow any sports.

My Mom is an amazing & active 89 yo. We see her regularly. I'd be grateful for a little something for her anytime. She sews, knits & crochets. She likes cotton for dishcloths & acrylic/blends for everything else. She would appreciate circular knitting needles in any size. She uses singles or sets of buttons in her projects. She prefers 18" zippers but would use any size. She likes soft printed kitchen towels, any theme. She likes whole bean coffee. She is a diabetic, no candy or sweets. My cat Harley is currently living with her. I call them the two old ladies. They are getting along well together.
