I'm glad you liked my profile. And yes, I am always happy to send people peanut butter sweets - peanut butter oreos are the #1 request I get which surprised me because all of our Dutchies HATED peanut butter with a passion.

My job is more along wine education and news than wine reviewer. I'm not trained in tasting so I can't review other than to say, "This is AWESOME!" which doesn't seem to go over well in the wine world, haha. I write for three different wine sites... Winedom is a mix but focuses on news, I'm glad you checked it out! I also write for Wine Turtle - which is wine education, and Best Wine Reviews, where I blog and also write reviews of wine clubs available in the US. In addition to wine I write copy... so when you go to a website and there is text about a product or service - that's the stuff I write. And I do some blogs through that, too.
An embossing marker is basically a felt tipped pen that you can then pour embossing powder on so that your handwriting is embossed. How cool does that sound? I think it would be gorgeous for envelopes :)
