Hello fellow swappers!

I'm a 19-year-old high school girl living in Finland. I'll finally graduate this December WO-HOO!! :D I don't really know what I'll do after I have completed my studies, but my dream is to travel around the world and apply in uni in abroad!(needs loads of money though, and hanging here on Swap-bot dosen't really help with the saving xD)

I love snail mail and writing letters because it's a great way to meet new & interesting people and learn many things It's such a pity that snail mail is considered so old-fashioned and all that you get in your mail box is bills after bills.. Letters&postcards make everyday a special day!

At the moment I am not looking for new penpals(I already have enough ´w`) or accepting private swap requests(I'm really tight on money at the moment) sorry!

Among snailmailing, my other big passion is paranormal phenomena. I'm utterly amazed by all the different things the world(and the after-world!) has to offer us.
I would say I'm interested in many alternative things. I don't go with all the mainstream beliefs and I believe rather than just simply learning things at school/on the TV,etc, we all should question everything and make our own conclusions, not blindly believe all the crap they teach us. I hate studying but love learning!

I think you might get an idea that I'm quite a serious person if you read the text above, and that's true. I enjoy serious and questioning discussions. Nevertheless, I have my easy-going and foolish side too (≧◡≦)

Some other sides of me are that I like learning different languages and I´m very interested in Asian cultures and countries(especially East Asia) I love learning about history and I like to wonder how the world and life was back then. I usually get lost in the wonderful world of the Internet and spend more than half of my free-time adventuring on the web! The Internet is the best thing I know of xD

Because I constantly receive cards that are not to my liking, I decided to add my "THANKS BUT NO THANKS"-list to prevent it happening again!!

✿please no MULTI-VIEWS!(two-pictured multi-views ok but not those where you can hardly see what the card is about...)
✿please no ANIMAL CARDS, not even cats!! (exceptions are elephants, pandas and Jetoy cats)
✿please no FLOWERS OR OTHER FLORA!
✿please no CRAP QUALITY!!

Send me a card that you yourself would like to receive and I'm happy (▰˘◡˘▰)

Last but not the least, I like my cards stamped and written on. I also collect blank ones so if you send postcards in an envelope or as a part of a bigger(Type 3) swap, please do not write anything on the card. I like my cards written on only if it's also stamped on. If you want to tell me something about the card, please write your message on a sticky-memo. Thank you! :-)

Stamps
I recently started to collect post stamps, so I would be more than happy if you used stamps instead of "postage paid"-labels ^_^
P.S. for post stamp swaps, I don't really like bird or flower stamps (I already have dozen of them)

Priority Labels
I'd be glad if you included a few unused priority labels from your country in the mail (you can get them for free in your post office!)

Plastic shopping bags
This might sound odd but I like to collect different kinds of plastic shopping bags. I'll carry or store my stuff in them!:) Super market, museum, clothing store bags...I'd love to receive one from your country!

I always send the swaps out, and if I send late, I make sure to inform you first. So please, if you haven't got anything from me, contact me first before rating so I can make my best to solve the problem.

I usually send my packages in the economy class to U.S.A. and Asia.
Economy class takes usually 2~4 weeks to arrive.

No rating from me= I haven't received your swap.

I post pictures of my incoming and outgoing mail onto my snail mail blog. I always censor your address. If you don't want your mail to be shown on my blog, please let me know.

I try to reuse packing materials as much as possible(it does not only save the environment, but also my wallet XD). As much I love swapping, there are times when I receive things that aren't really to my liking, so I might re-sent them to someone else who I think would appreciate them more than I do!
