My life revolves around baseball, sewing, pumpkin flavored sweets & my ginger colored cat :)

I'm a patient sitter in a hospital, so I have LOTS of time to think while they're asleep. I'm a night person who sometimes (ok, ALL the time!) gets sucked into shows like Hoarders or Bridezillas when I really should be working on productive stuff.

I'm not really funny? I probably think I'm smarter and dumber than I really am. I love penguin anything, animal print minkee (even though minkee is the DEVIL to sew with!), and pretty much anything baseball.

In person, I really never shut up-trying to fill this out enough to be considered "well filled out" is killing me though! I'm usually pretty longwinded, I abuse emoticon use, and I'll always think of a better answer about 3.5 seconds after hitting "save/send".

Really into modern country these days (Miranda Lambert, Luke Bryan, etc), but also love classic country, modern alt-rock, & almost any pop punk/screamo

When I go into a "phase", I'm pretty stuck there for a while. I'm the type to randomly sing out the chorus or hum while I'm doing other stuff. I proudly sing in the car at the top of my lungs WITH the windows down :D

My Kindle is full of classics-Austen, Dostoevsky, Tolstoy, etc. Not much for modern fiction here! :) I also adore language learning books, Bibles in different languages, quilting/knitting/sewing books, vegan cookbooks.

I'm completely fascinated by the Georgian language, although I don't think I'll ever actually need to use it-just looks beautiful in print. I will be trying to learn Arabic soon :)

Resevoir Dogs, Boondock Saints, Bride & Prejudice (this is different from the movies based on the novel!) Pretty much anything directed by Tarantino/Tim Burton or starring Matt Damon wins :)

not into chick flicks at all! War movies tend to be favorites (no clue why-they just are)

Sports sports sports! :) Baseball is my first love, followed by hockey, then football. I also like cheesy "reality television" like the Duggar shows, Bridezillas, RuPaul's Drag Race, etc. Nothing on MTV or network television.

Sewing, quilting, knitting, crochet, dollmaking, softies, getting into papercrafts (woo, ATCs!). I draw & paint some.

About 90% of my time right now is spent on sewing/quilting, but that's because I committed to making Christmas quilts and well...new job=less time to actually work on them? Can't be as distracted as I normally am!

I love orange. Almost any shade is ok, but pumpkin and tangerine are my favorites :)

Green is my second favorite-I love all shades of this color.

Pretty safe that I'm happy with any color as long as it doesn't look like bodily fluid of any kind? (perils of working in a hospital)

patterns! I love BUSY. monochromatic or 2 color prints are nice if the overall print is pretty busy. I adore paisleys, chevrons/zigzags, houndstooth, dots, stripes...if it's not boring, I'll like it.

My style is pretty eclectic, but I do tend to favor what's considered an "ethnic" style-think Indian/Bollywood, Thai, Mexican embroideries, Arab designs. Not into the simple Nordic styles-I prefer lots of color, design, sparkle is perfectly ok! :)
