Hi, there are some great diabetes recipe websites available on the net. You mentioned you didn't know whether you were type 1 or 2. Type 1 diabetics require insulin injections and type 2 are just diet changes and in some cases tablets.
Hi Nicole. I will be sending you recipes for the photocopy a recipe swap. I tried to include a variety and hope that you can use some or all of them. I too have type 2 diabetes, and just wanted to say that when I make "sweets" like cake or pies, I substitue Splenda (same amounts) for the sugar in the recipes. Hope that helps.
