A total solar eclipse in August, 1999 by Fred Espenak.
Solar eclipse April 2014, Antarctica, Australia, and Indonesia taken by the Space Station.
A Total Eclipse of the Sun, visible from the Faroe Islands on 20 March 2015.
As a total solar eclipse reaches ever-closer towards totality, your surroundings begin to change. Colors begin to lose their contrast and shadows on the ground become much sharper. One of the most noticeable effects are the little crescent shadows that appear. Anything that can cast a shadow while allowing small amounts of sunlight to peer through can create this effect. Trees tend to be good at showing this off quite nicely. So don't just look up, look down. And enjoy.
I enjoyed your analysis and thoughtfulness for Astrology House #10 swap. You have a natural gift for the science, so hopefully you will keep evolving with it.
