About Me

My favorite things to do are reading and sewing when I get time. I work at home for Liveops so that I can spend lots of time w/my husband and 4 kids. I have 3 boys & one lil girl who just turned 8. My boys are 14, 11 & 10! I like to clean the house with the radio playing makes my job so much easier!

Favorite Music

I love many different types of music, from the golden oldies to some current radio songs. Favorite albums include Lighthouse & Nickelback Gin Blossoms U2. All Willie Nelson classics including his Gospal Album, Journey & Aerosmith.

Favorite Television

Not much to watch on TV. I watch mainly Tru TV (A&E) Cnn, weather channel, discovery & history channels.

Favorite Books

I read just about anything-Including Non-fiction & fiction. Currently reading "One for the Money".

Favorite scents lavender, coconut, lemongrass most anything from nature.

I enjoy history and learning new things about other cultures and traditions. Trying new recipes is a fav. past time. Cross-stitch is a passion of mine but haven't had as much time to sew as I'd like to. My sewing machine hasn't seen much use lately but hopefully w/all the creative members in Swap-bot I'll find some inspiration to start back!

                           I enjoy things like postcards, stickers, bookmarks, trinkets for my daughter. Lotions, lipbalms, anything cross-stitch. Christian books  or any uplifting things-smiley faces! I collect stationary, recipes, holly hobby items, snoopy/woodstock anything Peanuts. Maxine & her bunny slippers are one of my favorites! I like to collect mugs drinking glasses in all colors. Costume jewlry & handmade are favorites. Candles.

Dislikes include: humm, don't think I have any... :-)

Comment: Hi Penny! Thanks for the PC that i received today ^^ im so happy!! wow! i thinks your house is very crowded ^^ i also have 2 cats <3 they're so cuute. Here now tecnically suposes to be Spring, but here where i live we only have dry and wet weather but aaaalways hot! hot and rainy or hot and dry D; i dont like it at all!

Comment: I know that particular view very well. I come to Indianapolis for GenCon every year (when I can afford it) and have spent much time wandering around that building in varying levels of inebriation (mostly me supporting friends in a myriad of states) and or frustration looking for a Kinkos... :)
