I went to university to study fashion and textiles design. In particular I studied surface decoration, and multimedia textiles with some machine and hand embroidery, papermaking, collage...

I also knit and crochet. For a few years i was a self employed dressmaker...

Random Stuff

I like:- purple, weird and obscure, art, fortune cookies, friends, recycling, gardening (especially growing vegetables), bookcrossing and bookmooch,

Wishlist

I'm happy to receive anything really that I can use on ATCs, or with my sewing, but if anyone needs a sparks of inspiration:-

  • Anything purple, black or silver,
  • Random magazine scraps,
  • A5 jiffy bags that I can reuse,
  • Scraps of double knitting yarn in solid colours (anything from 12" to odd balls)
  • Pretty feathers,
  • 6" knit or crochet squares in black, purple or shocking pink,
  • Candles,
  • Roving,
  • An ink pad (any colour)
  • Morsbags,
  • Something you made for me.

I'm happy to reuse items, or hand me down. Recycling rocks!

Things I wouldn't like

  • I don't have my ears pierced, so no earrings for me please.
  • I'm vegetarian, so not meat products for me either.

Comment: I got two ATC's and panicked, thinking I read it wrong, I ran and checked it out only to find out that Sarah was a sweetheart and sent two as well as some paper goodies. I loved the natural paper and was happy to see you read my profile about colors even when you didn't have too. Thank you so much Sarah, It made my day!
