I usually only read my email once or maybe twice a day - You might actually give someone a little time to respond to your email before sending it again and again and again and again and again. Patience is considered a virtue.

So sorry you got hit with an unfair rating. It has happened to me, too, and no matter how hard I tried to get the person to change it, she wouldn't. Don't worry though. Any good swap coordinator will not take that unfair rating into consideration. Those who do are not the sort of swap coordinators you want anything to do with anyway.
