I'm Polish. More than 1 year ago I moved to Berlin/Germany. My biggest passion is traveling. I just love to see new places, new cites. And I love to send to all my friends postcards from the places where I travel to. I think also that my English is not very good :-))) Instead of I speak fluent Polish hehe:-))) and German... I think...:-)

  • I am a big fan of postcards and I collect them!

  • I prefer store bought postcards (no handmade please!) with: a specially UNESCO WHS, beautiful sights, city architecture, landscape or map postcards.

  • When your are sending to me postcards or letters please affix them with postal stamps - the more stamps the better (no franking machines staples or postal labels please).

  • I love fruit tea and coffee.

  • I am proud of myself, because I quit smoking 13 months ago. I was smoking for 12 years:-(

  • I always send out my swaps. If you haven't received something from me, send me a message before leaving a rating!!!

Favorite Television

Well I am a big fan of Six Feet Under. Unfortunately HBO don't make this serial any more. But of course i have all dvd's :-) Frances Connroy is the best!!!

Favorite Books

I can't remember when for the last time I read a book. But I think it was - Perfume: The Story of a Murderer by Patrick Süskind.

Favorite Movies

Favorite movie??? it must be - "Requiem for a dream" with wonderful Ellen Burstyn. Generally I love drama.

Comment: Dear Rafal, Thanks for the nce card of the Brandenburger Tor. I actually went to Berlin for my honeymoon and while we were there, the Tor was completely covered as they were renovating. Response: Hi Miranda! I am Polish as you know and Berlin is so near the polish border, so I always had the opportunity to come here and visit this city. Now I am living here and Berlin is my favorite city in the whole world. But I also love the little Luxembourg and Amsterdam:-) I was in Holland 2 years ago. Your country is so beautiful!!!

I usually only read my email once or maybe twice a day - You might actually give someone a little time to respond to your email before sending it again and again and again and again and again. Patience is considered a virtue.

So sorry you got hit with an unfair rating. It has happened to me, too, and no matter how hard I tried to get the person to change it, she wouldn't. Don't worry though. Any good swap coordinator will not take that unfair rating into consideration. Those who do are not the sort of swap coordinators you want anything to do with anyway.
