Wow, what a cool profile, one thing that caught my eye was form your wish list, the anime shitajiki! I used to live in Japan, and lots of my students had them. In summer they use the shitajiki to fan themselves from the heat, because it's so hot! And there's no AC in the classrooms.
Seriously, good luck with the postcard collecting of all the states. There was a similar type of thing in Japan. Each ken (like state) has its own postcards that can only be bought from any postoffice that is in that ken. There are now five series, so, that's around 250 to collect, I'm about half way through. But now, I'm going to give up and just send them to people.
I see that you are a Christian, now that I live in kazakhstan, I'm meeting a lot of Muslims for the fort time in my life. The conversation is very interesting. They believe that Christ was a prophet, but not the literal son of God.
