Crocheting. Right now I am crocheting for charities.

Atc's I was addicted to them but have slowed down a bit

Post cards. love them and can't get enough fo home made ones.

I do have a sewing machine and once in awhile I will use it.

Greeting cards, I like to make them on my computer and make them from scrap.

About Me

I am 56 and have 2 grown sons and a beautiful granddaughter. I have lived in Pittsburgh all of my life.

I love to travel and have been to Puerto Rico, Canada, Italy and Hawaii. I have also been on a cross country road trip.

My favorite colors are the the green, blue and purple groups.

I collect spoons, thimbles and of course pretty papers and yarn

I love dragonflies, butterflies, ladybugs and some dragons (not scary ones)

I love to cook and adapt recipes into more healthy ones. I love to read cookbooks. When I was younger, I did alot of cooking and loved it.

Favorite Books

I love to read and signed up for 50 books for 2009 in a different group. I love fiction, spy thrillers, medical mysteries. My faves are James Patterson, Nora Roberts, Stephen Kind and Dean Kootz.

I also love listening to book on tape or CD while crocheting.

Dislikes

Il don't like Kawaii and those sorts of cutie things

Comment: Hello Ellen, I received your colorful and Fall/Halloweeny feeling Skinny in the mail. I loved the use of a "good" witch, but it still felt like Halloween. You also brought in the season of Fall which is the time of year that Halloween is celebrated which was a nice touch. I will add this to my ever-growing and ever-changing Skinny collection.
